Your information stays private
When you hire a home inspector, you hand over a lot of trust along with a lot of details: your name, your phone number, your email, the address you're buying, and everything our inspection turns up about it. That information deserves to be protected.
Like most inspectors, we used to run our business on a large third-party software platform (Spectora). It served us well — but it also meant your information lived on another company's servers, outside our control. So we did something most inspection companies don't: we built our own platform from the ground up.
What that means for you is simple. Your data stays with us. It is never sold, never shared with outside software vendors, and never used for anything other than delivering your inspection and serving you as a client. Your report, your documents, and your contact details live in our own secure system — not in a third party's marketing database. Privacy shouldn't be a premium feature, and with us, it isn't.
Reports available in Spanish
Buying a home is stressful enough without a language barrier. That's why your full inspection report — and your service agreement — can be delivered in Spanish as well as English.
This isn't a rough machine translation buried in a PDF. When you view your report online, you can switch between English and Spanish with a single tap, and the professional, easy-to-read translation covers the findings, the summaries, and the severity of every issue. You can also download a clean Spanish-language PDF to keep or share with your family, your agent, or your contractor. (The English version remains the official record, but the Spanish version makes sure nothing gets lost in translation when it matters most.)
